History in military intelligence

More deserves to be included on Zeng Xisheng's page regarding his role in intelligence. Both Zhou Enlai and Mao Zedong call him the founder of Chinese military intelligence and today's Intelligence Bureau of the Joint Staff Department. Information can be found here, here, and here.
